２０２２年１０月２８日、クラトームは２００９年１０月のグランドオープン以来、
通算６０００人目のお客様をお迎えすることができました。
（この人数は延人数です、以下同じ）
On October 28, 2022, Krathoorm welcomed its 6,000th customer since the grand opening in October 2009.
(This includes repeat visits, and reflects the total number of sessions provided over the years.)

５０００人目のお客様をお迎えしましたのが、
２０１９年６月２０日でしたので、
３年４ヶ月で１０００人のお客様をお迎えしたことになります。
It took 3 years and 4 months to reach this milestone since the 5,000th customer in June 2019.

これはもちろん、その前の１０年で５０００人のお客様、
というペースとは全く違う緩やかなものでした。
この３年間、予想もしなかったさまざまな事態に
お客様みなさまも翻弄された時期だったと思います。
そんな中でも、ご利用くださった皆様に、
今まで以上にお一人お一人に貴重な体験をいただけるよう心がけながら、
営業を継続できたのは、自分にとっても非常に励みになりました。
Compared to the pace of the first 10 years, this recent period was slower, but considering the challenges of the past few years, especially due to the pandemic, we’re deeply grateful to have been able to continue serving each customer with care and consistency.

特に、この１０月は新規のお客様も現在までに８名さまと
久々に多くご来店いただいておりますが、
オープン当初から１３年以上ご愛顧くださっているお客様、
１０年、９年・・・・と温かくご利用を継続くださっているお客様、
コロナでなかなかご来店できず、久々に遠方からお越しくださったお客様、
さまざまなお客様にお越しいただき、
自分も久々にたくさん働かせていただいている実感を持ち、
嬉しく思っております。
改めまして、みなさまのご愛顧に深く感謝いたします。

In October alone, we welcomed 8 new customers and also saw the return of many long-time clients— some of whom have been with us for over 13 years. Whether from nearby or far away, your continued trust and support mean everything to us.

まだまだコロナ対策で色々とご不便をおかけする場面もあり、
