初めてカルサイネイザンを受けたので最初は緊張や恥ずかしさがあったが、先生がしっかり説明してくれたので安心して施術を受けることができた。
指圧の力加減もちょうど良くリラックスできた。
It was my first time receiving Karsai Nei Tsang, so I felt nervous and a bit embarrassed at the beginning.
But the therapist explained everything clearly, which helped me feel at ease during the session.
The pressure was just right, and I was able to relax.
