２０２６年４月５日、クラトームは２００９年１０月のグランドオープン以来、通算７０００人目のお客様をお迎えいたしました。

On April 5, 2026, Kratom had the pleasure of welcoming its 7,000th customer since its grand opening in October 2009.

６０００人目のお客様をお迎えしたのは、２０２２年１０月２８日。
当時はまだコロナの影響も残る中での営業でしたが、そこからさらに１０００名のお客様をお迎えできたことを嬉しく思っております。
We welcomed our 6,000th customer on October 28, 2022.
At that time, we were still operating under the effects of the pandemic, and we are truly grateful to have been able to welcome another 1,000 customers since then.

節目として、毎回１０００人ごとにご挨拶をし続けております。
その度に思うのは、数字も大切ではありますが、最も大切にしたいのは、お一人お一人のお客様にご満足いただける時間をお届けすることです。
As a milestone, we have continued to mark every 1,000 customers with a message of appreciation.
Each time, we are reminded that while the numbers themselves are meaningful, what matters most to us is providing each and every customer with a satisfying and relaxing experience.
